Architectural Review Committee

Any new construction, exterior alterations or improvements MUST be submitted for review and written approval by the Architectural Review Committee. An approval in writing must be obtained prior to commencing any project such as, but not limited to, new construction of a home, dock, tree removal, landscaping plan, swimming pool, driveway extension, exterior paint colors, etc. A completed form (see below) must be submitted via email along with the plans and information requested on the form and email to susan@renrs.com for review and written approval.
